This hands-on 15-week course is your gateway into the world of creative media and photography. Whether you’re capturing moments through a lens or crafting compelling media for an audience, you’ll develop real industry skills, experiment with professional tools, and learn how to shape your ideas into powerful visual stories. Choose your pathway, build your portfolio, and gain the confidence to communicate creatively with any audience.

This course challenges you to explore, experiment with, and apply a range of production processes and skills in Media or Photography. You will research different audiences, test creative methods, and produce a final media or photographic outcome tailored to a chosen audience. Reflection and evaluation are key throughout this process. This is a 15-week course. Each period will be dedicated to one specialisation, where you will obtain your Level 2 Award qualification, Skills and knowledge around Media or Photography.

    • Open minded and understanding staff. We have a drive for creativity and allow you to develop at your own pace with a consideration to your learning journey, which is personal to everyone. Industry standard equipment and staff who still work within the industry therefore we have updated industry knowledge.

    • 3 GCSEs at grade 4-9 (Equivalent to a C or above)
